Reminders:
- NO SCHOOL Wednesday November 11th due to Remembrance Day
- Return library books every Tuesday!
- PM Kindergarten attends Friday November 13th
Library books will be coming home now every Tuesday. Please make sure students are using their book folders and returning their books before Tuesday morning. And.. in case you are wondering, the books go into a quarantine bucket for three days before they are redistributed to other students so no worries there!
This week, we started our Inquiry into the question: "What stories do we have to tell?"
Students started exploring self portraits and how we can add more detail to our drawings. We will continue developing our attention to detail this week, and next week students will be creating their final copy of their self portraits for their memory boxes.
Some students have requested I include the videos we are using in class to help us practice our self portraits so you can find those below.
Also, we have started doing Guided Drawings at school. We have noticed a huge improvement in students attention to detail during writing time. Keep up the great work!
