We have started playing games during Math centers to help us learn more about numbers and subitizing! 

Race to 10: Roll a die. Move your counter that many spaces. First one to 10 wins! 

We have been using normal dice, and dice with ten frames on them.

Here is a copy of the game if you're interested in playing at home! Remember, if you don't have access to dice at home, you can use virtual ones: Virtual Dice Roller You can also make your own ten frame die as well! 

We have also taken some extra time to practice printing our letter Y from last week and it has paid off!  We learned about Letter Z today! Here is a practice worksheet to do at home!
