Logging into Google Classroom

HOW TO LOG INTO YOUR CHILD'S GOOGLE CLASSROOM

This week, you will receive two emails with the information required for logging into your child's Google Classroom. This is an important process for us this year in the event that we need to move to Scenario 2 (half online, half in school) or Scenario 3 (fully online) at any point throughout this school year.

In the spirit of being prepared please take a moment to use to practice logging in to Google Classroom using the following instructions.

You will need:

1. Your child's Gmail address

2. Your child's 8 character (or longer) student password.

Step 1: Go to https://classroom.google.com

Step 2: Enter in your child's login information

Step 3: Join your child's Google Classroom titled "Kindergarten - Mrs. Kawohl"

Step 4: Mrs. Kawohl will check that you have "joined" the classroom on her end.

Please note that you will be able to enter the Google Classroom, but no content has been posted yet. Our first step in this process to to familiarize ourselves with Google Classroom so we can use this learning tool in the event of any changes in Scenarios throughout the school year.
